"We enjoyed Hotel and Gasthaus Lowen very much. Booking the hotel was easy and the communication from the hotel to us was excellent. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and taking the train into Freiburg was very easy and made our time lass stressful as we didn't need to worry about driving. Our room was well equipped, comfortable and quiet. It was the ideal place for us to stay as visited the Christmas market in Freiburg."

"Rooms were basic, but they had everything we needed and they were clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I liked the little basement bar, very cute. The location is very convenient. Everything in Waldkirch is in walking distance and Freiburg is only a short train ride away. I would definitely recommend staying here "
