"The view was spectacular but the room was disappointing.. The table surface was sticky and had multiple stains - it looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom did not have an exhaust and had an open shower and a tile floor. The flow was very hard to control leading to a very slippery floor in the entire bathroom. At one point, there were black sand time sediments in the water from the sink. The room service forgot to replace some of the towels - we also found the room service...

"Excellent service, and couldn’t be more helpful. Use of the laundry was very welcome. Room was excellent for space, but a little dated. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the room was hot (even though it had a dehumidifier and fan)."
