"Our stay at Lynn and Damian’s place was perfection. The location in Princeville is within walking distance to two beautiful beaches offering snorkeling, swimming, surfing, or just pure relaxation. The home is so clean. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is perfectly stocked. We sat outside on the porch each morning for breakfast and enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere. I would highly recommend staying here. Lynn and Damian were so helpful! "

"The unit is very much as advertised. Beautifully set with pool and jacuzzi right outside the front door and about a 10 - 15 minute walk to beaches. The unit is extremely well equipped and comfortable. Really nothing to improve upon. We would definitely return. "

"We loved staying at the Kauai Villa! The location was great...next to the ocean, able to easily drive to an activity in any direction...and the ability to use the beautiful pools and hot tubs was an added bonus. The condo itself was well stocked and very clean. It had everything we needed and more! We would stay here again!"

"The location of this Villa is perfect, close to everything yet super quiet. The Villa itself is impeccable and clean, with everything you could ask for and decorated beautifully with lovely gardens outside. The kitchen area is limited, but it does have everything you need to prepare full meals (which we did most days). We had an amazing stay and would certainly come back again. "

"I thought the property very pretty. However, the beach is not accessible for older/less healthy persons. Members of our family were yelled at, and security called, for walking on a sidewalk they apparently were not suppose to be on. In addition, there were tiny bugs that made using the kitchen difficult. I would suggest cleaning the dishwasher as well, smells horrible"

"We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home! Saw whales from the lanai and watched baby albatrosses in the front cul-de-sac. Lots of extras in the garage made our beach days so much easier and more enjoyable! Wish we could have stayed another week!"

"The location was great. The view of the ocean was beautiful. Watching the sun rise and set was absolutely gorgeous from the balcony or deck. The rooms are very dated. There was no air conditioning but with the doors open it’s stayed cool. The pool area is very nice and the pool is kept in excellent condition."

"We loved everything about the Sheraton Kauai resort! The room was comfortable, the location was great, the pool was amazing, the food in the lava restaurant was wonderful. It was a perfect location for a family vacation. I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Kauai."

"For the price you pay this is a STEAL. The staff was super nice and helpful, really made us feel welcomed. They have boogie board, chairs and even sunscreen available to use. They have a huge area where you can get some coffee and ice. everything is complimentary. The kitchenet had everything you needed. The bedding was clean, and bed was super comfy. The only con we noticed was blood on the fridge and kitchen sink/area. Nothing crazy though since I work in the medical field it didn't make me turned off. LOL....I would stay here again and recommend to anyone staying. You also can't skip out on the Kauia Diner walking distance from the hotel. They have the best MOCO LOCO!!"

Amazing Stay

"Amazing stay at Koloa Landing. The service was extraordinary - one employee went out of their way to give our 2 small children a couple stuffies at the market at no charge. Small gestures like this made the stay that much more enjoyable. The pool was amazing that it makes it hard to want to leave the resort and explore. We had whale sightings everyday from our ocean view balcony too, which was a surprise. We also enjoyed the restaurant from ordering up to our room or sitting poolside and enjoying meals. Would definitely recommend."

"Such a fun little spot!! Right on the beach so we got to watch the sunrise every morning, it was so beautiful! Loved the pool, there was never anyone using it so we got it all to ourselves every time we went. Service was great and check in was super easy. Would definitely stay here again! "
