Being able to relax by the edge of the lake or take a kayak out on the water was a perfect place for us. Rod and Flow were lovely and welcoming and ensured we had a good stay. "

"We absolutely loved this place and could not have asked for better accommodation and hospitality. The house was beautiful, cosy and very clean and tidy. It had everything we could ever need or want and a few new exciting things to explore, including a TV sound bar and plenty of kayaks for lots of water fun.Being right on the lake was such a great experience for our family. The location was picturesque and super handy to lots of local attractions and a supermarket. Rob was a fantastic host and...

"We had a great time in Taupo and found the property well located to get around Taupo's attractions. The property was clean, tidy and welcoming. A great place to relax. We enjoyed our stay."

Tried to communicate prior to check in. No luck and no reply. Overall experience very disappointing. Scared to use Bookabach or Bachcare again."

"The property is clean, nice location, no problems! The issues were that first morning we woke up and there was no hot water. Although annoying it was resolved by the friendly property managers.Then the power was cut. These things happen but in this case it was planned and the owner notified of it. The owner ignored it and let us rent the property .We spend the day away but when we returned, power was still cut, No one could tell us how long it...
