"The room was comfortable. However, we arrived late and had challenges finding a parking spot near the rooms. Also, the hotel is very close to farmland. I was woken up very early to cows wanting breakfast. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Waitomo Lodge. Lynn greated me with a great spirit and was very welcoming. My room was tidy and comfortable. Tea kettle and an assortment of teas in your room. A/C and heater both worked well. Breakfast in the morning was just what i neexex to start my day. Good string coffee, soft warm croissants and yogurt with fruit and granola. "Beautiful location, grounds and cabin. So close to glow worm caves and have their own little glow worm grotto on the property. Only a 60 second walk from the cabins. Also close to a waterfall and black sand beach. Angus was such a gracious host who made sure we had everything we needed including toast jams and coffee.
