"The property layout was perfect for us. We were one couple and two adults. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom while the common area was great for breakfast and for hanging out after dinner in the evening. Property was clean and up to date. There were a few extras, like sound machines in each bedroom. It was a fabulous experience for us. "

"This house worked perfect for our family! Convenient location to beach with everything we needed for our stay. This end of Folly is much nicer and quiet than into town but also an easy ride to get to the hustle and bustle for shopping and eating. Would stay here again the sunsets on the marsh are unbeatable!"

Steps to the bedroom so wouldn’t suggest for small kids or elderly. WiFi is lagging but they do have 2 TVs. Enjoyable stay"

"I truly cannot express how much my husband and I enjoyed our stay at your beautiful beach home. I grew up going to my grandmother’s beach house and this place was very reminiscent of the decor and space she had. Unfortunately after her passing the family turned the home into a rental and we do not get to go as often. Being in your home flooded my mind with comforting memories that I experienced in her house over the years. Okay, on to the stuff others want to know about who are considering this...

"Our family had an amazing time spending our Christmas at Folly Beach. The house had lots of space for our party of 7 and was in an amazing location close to the beach and was walkable to downtown. The house was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. The host Lynn was a very responsive host and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this beach house and our family hopes to return again one day in the future."
