"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"Property was very nice and clean. Plenty of towels for all of our guests was great! Beds were super comfortable! View of the beach was spectacular! Sliding doors were a bit hard to open. Water pressure master bathroom sinks very low. Requested multiple times to try to check in early and was suppose to get a call or text when house was ready. That never happened.
