"I’d like to give them a higher rating because every time a problem popped up they worked to solve it! But when we arrived four hours after check-in time last Sunday, the owner seemed to have no advance notice of our week-long booking. The apartment wasn’t cleaned yet and a family member was taking a shower. They were very apologetic about it and we waited about an hour before moving in. We did like the location and the unit was fine overall!"

"My family met in Minneapolis for Thanksgiving. The house is beautifully renovated; the interesting architectural features are preserved ( updated version of your favorite Great Aunt’s house). It was great to have a space to watch sports and a separate space to watch Christmas movies. The host was accommodating and a clear, concise communicator. I appreciated how well stocked the property was ( no emergency Target runs during the five day stay). Highly recommend this gem!"

"We rented this place over Christmas to see family and it was so cute! Decorated for the holiday season and the photos didn’t do it justice. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. We borrowed a pack and play from our family. Great location and Kelly was super responsive. I love historic homes and this one is beautiful.I wanted to know the history after visiting! I will definitely hope to stay again at this charming cottage duplex unit. The property is compact, with very steep stairs to the two bedrooms. Something to know, as the stairs were a bit of a worry with my 85 year old father who stayed with us. "

"Wonderful girlfriend’s weekend! The beach is right across the street from the house. Every evening we would grab our lawn chairs and head over to watch it. The beds are comfortable (everyone slept great) The only frustrating thing was the check in process but that’s not the owners fault- we never got the email from VRBO with the check in code so had to reach out to the host to get the info. Besides that- wonderful stay! "
