"The Airport Shuttle was advertised in a message to us as “On Request - call the hotel on arriving at the airport”. However, it turns out that the Shuttle runs on a fixed schedule - every half hour only. Overall, a positive experience though. The rail connectivity was a big plus with the train station right across the hotel. Really liked that the room was clean and comfortable, including the bed and the bathroom. "Overall nice hotel. Rooms are very good. The only downside was that their messaging via the Hotels.com website was poor. I messaged them prior to our stay with a request that was not acknowledged. They contacted me via Hotels.com with an unrelated message, which I responded to immediately. But again there was no response. "

"Beautiful city and the hotel is located in a really good location. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. However the rooms were a little dated and in need of some upgrades. We stopped over for a night and its a good hotel to spend a night and explore the lovely city. "
