"I traveled to Knoxville for college planning with my son and other family. The room was pleasant, the breakfast was sufficient, and the environment was placid. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and even assisted me with printing out my son’s transcript for our visit to the university. We ended up staying an extra night and had a great experience both nights. "

"This hotel was my least favorite hotel I’ve stayed in recently. The check in was slow and the guy behind the counter had the personality of a slug. The room had thin walls so the noise in the halls and on the outside of the building was a bit much. The pool had swim lessons going on for most of the afternoon which shortened our time there. Luckily I don’t plan on revisiting the Great Smoky National Park again so the odds of staying here are rather slim."

"Totally non smoking facility. We avoid casinos because of the cigarette smell but this casino was enjoyable with no one blowing smoke. The food court had nice choices for dinner. "
