"This was our second stay, and once again the staff are the shine atop an already exceptional property. There was a mix up with the Expedia booking but we weren’t even aware because the gentleman at the desk immediately called the desk at the attached sister hotel, The Savoy, and we were upgraded into a room there. Rooms in both hotels are beautifully appointed and maintained with all of the gorgeous charm we love in Italy. The Savoy had a few more room perks such as a soaker tub with bath salts...

"Location was great. Our room had a view of the sea and Genoa port. Staff was great. Water pressure in the shower was great. Bed was pretty good. My only complaint was the huge group of kids staying there making lots of noise. Very clean. Right across the street from the principe train station."

"Very convenient easy few minute walk to airport terminal. Had a large room, was clean with nice shower, comfortable beds. Easy check in, nice helpful staff. The property could use some updates, but it worked well for us for the convenience. I would stay here again."
