The air control is central in that you cannot change to a/c if the hotel is on heat but we were able to leave the window open at night with a nice breeze. We would absolutely stay here again. "V convenient for the Tram (5 mins walk to nearest stop) and therefore the airport, Duomo and train station (10 mins walk). Nice little hotel, quaint and old in character. Breakfast ok, if a little basic (to be expected for its size); food shops and restaurants nearby. Staff speak English, so didn’t have to inflict my poor Italian on them! Absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel; did the job"
