"The hotel is well located close to many wineries. The view from our room to the Andes was breathtaking. Room and staff were excellent. The curinary experience was out of this world (cheers to the chef). Two things I found that need to improve: 1) communication; we came in on a Sunday midday and were not told the spa (famous) was not opened on Monday. We left Tuesday morning without enjoying our spa day. 2) the bbq experience was poor. Meat was dry and over cooked. Can’t happen in a country...

Our flight was canceled due to the strike and we tried to get a courtesy refund for the first night but they did not grant it. A little bit of a bummer. Overall a good stay. "

"Really nice property and hotel. The roof tops on some of the villas are awesome. We had a fire and a bottle of wine our first night there on the room and really enjoyed a starry night. Only negative is the ~20 minutes of rough dirt roads to the hotel. It take awhile to get to Mendoza (1 hr) and other wineries are almost all 25 min . Not the end of the world as tge property makes up for it. "
