This is the 2nd time we stayed here. Love the boutique atmosphere, kind and helpful staff, great location. Breakfast was awesome. The room was beautiful and spacious and so comfortable. We will always stay here any time we return!

Staff was wonderful, but the property definitely had a plumbing problem. Shower water would stop for a bit and then start back up again. Frustrating. If that problem gets fixed, it will be a pleasure to stay there.

Nice Mendoza stay
Friendly and helpful desk staff. Helped us with winery tours and recommendations that were very good. There are very many good restaurants in walking distance and very safe walking at all times. First night no hot water which was a little inconvenient but was rectified by the morning. Breakfast area is well maintained and food selection was very good.

Right in the heart of the city and walkable to shopping and the sites. It is a very clean and friendly hotel with spacious rooms and lots of amenities. The staff provided me with me than enough recommendations and all of them were great. Definitely worth a stay!

Although this hotel could use an update or at least a coat of paint, it’s in a wonderful central location, great restaurants around, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and staff were helpful.

It is a beautiful boutique hotel that has been renovated, with several amenities and all its facilities are in perfect condition. We received a warm welcome and for the VIP package we received an upgrade to a spectacular superior room. Very well located in the center of Mendoza which allows us to walk to all places of interest, restaurants and shopping areas. Friendly service and always willing to help. Breakfast is fine, but just a detail for the future, one day we missed a cafeteria to have a coffee before going to rest, although it is easy to get to several restaurants nearby.

The hotel has a very helpful staff. They were helpful at organizing a wine tour for us. The property is in an excellent location with restaurants, supermarkets and western unions close by. Although the property is very clean, it is outdated…it could benefit from a lick of paint.

I loved the size of the room. The space provided for a dining area came in handy. Wifi was very good. Breakfast was great and service was attentive. On the front desk Emilia became my collaborator and she helped me find my way around and offered suggestions of where to find restaurants and shopping. Great job on her part.
