Check-in was good but we had a few issues with room access only being available through a phone app. Had no other communication with staff until we checked out 5 days later. Breakfast is ok but doesn’t vary very much and all self-service. Nice to have an outside space with a pool but sadly this area is rather neglected with food and drink remains being left for several hours and even overnight. We felt uneasy walking around this...

"Well, it is a three star hotel, so a three star ranking should be expected. The front desk staff was great. Helped me organise a very last minute tour that was wonderful and inexpensive. The towels had been washed a billion times. In these times of a pandemic, that might bring some comfort, but that was about the only comfort to expect from the towels. I mostly care about bed comfort and wifi. The bed was very comfortable, with memory foam pillows. The wifi was almost nonexistent in my room....
