Wooden chalet with wood burning stove

This recently built modern wooden chalet is located in the wooded holiday park of Oignies. The furnishings are contemporary and complete. The kitchen features an oven and dishwasher. In the living room, you'll find a pleasant wood stove. There are three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, one with a 3-person bunk bed (three levels) and one with two single beds and a single raised bed You will have one bathroom at your disposal with a hydro massage shower and a separate toilet. Outside you'll find a terrace with a picnic table and a barbecue.

Lijkt redelijk nieuwe chalet, en anders heel goed onderhouden tiptop in orde, ni ...
Lijkt redelijk nieuwe chalet, en anders heel goed onderhouden tiptop in orde, niets op aan te merken. 8 volwassenen lijkt me wat krap (1 dubbelbed, 2 enkele bedden naast elkaar te plaatsen + bed in de hoogte, 3-persoon stapelbed), 3 koppels volwassenen is doenbaar. Terras op zuiden is ook iets waar je bij de andere chalets eventueel rekening mee wil houden. Wel opletten dat je de kWh-stand controleert binnen de 2h na aankomst bij ons zat het cijfer er serieus naast (was zogezegd de stagair haar fout...) maar had het gelukkig gecontroleerd en doorgegeven. Wel wat vreemd dat schoonmaakkosten niet in de huurprijs zijn ingegeven, nu lijkt het alsof dit optioneel zou zijn.

Ontvangst bij aankomst was correct. De accomodatie is nieuw en aangenaam gezellige houtkachel, goede bedden. Bosrijke omgeving, ideaal wandelgebied. Wij waren er met 5 personen, dan is het echt top, voor 8 volwassenen personen misschien wat krap.

Het aankomst was in orde we hadden er een goed gevoel bij. MAAR dit gevoel veranderde vlug, de kamers waren kleiner dan gedacht. Ook de omgeving was minder mooi dan gedacht. Na een probleem met het brandalarm ging het rap mis. De vrouw van het onthaal was zeer onbeschoft en was niet behulpzaam. Er waren geen reserve brandalarmen aanwezig in het park dus moesten wij de rest van de vakantie doorbrengen met een kapot alarm die zomaar afging zonder reden. Wij kregen geen verontschuldigingen enkel maar verwijten naar ons toe. Het huisje is zeker niet groot genoeg om het aantal personen te laten logeren waarvoor er bedden zijn voorzien.

Bij aankomst moest ik nog 276,00 euro extra betalen. Van 160,00 euro was ik op de hoogte (namelijk, 100 euro als waarborg, waarvan dan schade, elektriciteit e.d. werden afgetrokken), (60 euro als waarborg voor de kuisploeg). De overige kosten begrijp ik niet zo goed, maar dus betaald, omdat we anders het sleuteltje niet kregen. Wat betreft de logies, helemaal in orde. Haut de gamme, heel tevreden.

Mooie moderne accommodatie, zag er prachtig uit. Park zelf is mooi gelegen in het groen. Rustige omgeving verder. Tip neem toiletpapier mee, deze was niet aanwezig.
