"Thank you for making this excellent, well maintained & appointed home available. Far enough to escape traffic with a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything else in the Incline area. We enjoyed the deck & BBQ. The shower downstairs was excellent. The kitchen has everything you would want to cook gormet meals. Comfortable furniture. Beds were not to firm but could use a pillow top if your a side sleeper. We would highly recommend this home to anyone & will return there ourselves in the...

"The location was wonderful and the home was perfect to accommodate 11 people. There were some things that did not work, the coffee maker is very confusing to use and slow, the air conditioning on the main floor did not work and the griddle and one burner on the range did not work. It also would have been nice to have wash cloths and more bath towels. But, a very lovely home and the property manager we dealt with was very helpful and quick response to my questions. "

"nice and clean, great location. I just don't understand why it only allows 4 people to stay. It's a 3 bedroom with plenty of room for 6 people. We may not be able to return next year if that's the case. We really enjoyed this unit and Helen was great to communicate with. "

"Very nice comfortable newly done interior. I'm a retired Tile contractor/owner. The stone work - tile and slab is quality installed and great design. Comfortable bedding, clean interior with all amenities available. It was a quiet location while we were there, nice outdoor setting. Quick and easy to the main roads. The actual unit I would refer to friends and anybody else. If I was to need to rent another unit in that area, I would defiantly use it again"

"Overall the stay was great! We appreciated all of the adequate supplies in the kitchen as we had a big dinner. We couldn’t use the TV due to a remote being lost, but everything else was good. 😊 "

"This property was beautiful, and the attached heated swiming pool area was really a hit with all ages. It is close to shopping and Tahoe as well as Reno. We enjoyed our stay very much. Lots of room to spread out and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The hosts were attentive to our needs and working through a few issues with the house. "

"The property is all that you need for a great Lake Tahoe visit. The living area is very comfortable and the kitchen has all you need for meal preparation. The in floor heating was a plus. The bunk room downstairs would be perfect for kids and the upstairs en-suite bedrooms Good for 2 couples."
