"I got at the property around 6pm, the manager wasn't there and the lady that was there seems like she didn't know much about anything, communication was very difficult with her, she kept saying me just go to the beach and come back later, but I did NOT HAVE THE KEYS for my room then, so If the person who knows how to run the place will not be at the site again how should I get at my room any time I wanted? I paid over $200 for one night stay and y'all can see in the pictures the nasty condition...
