"The rooms are a bit small, but overall beds are comfy, bathrooms are okay, it is pet friendly but the pet owners do not know how to pick their dogs messes, very disrespectful, also we were on the first floor, cigarettes and cigars were being thrown from the other floors on the grass, very disrespectful again, (signs no smoking on the balcony posted on the sliding door in every room), I just don't understand. "

"Very nice hotel. We were there 2 nights so there was no maid service. They only come by every other day. Not a fan of making my own bed, taking out the trash, getting fresh towels, getting more coffee for the room at the front desk. I mentioned this to the front desk and they told me if I wanted them to do this I needed to ask. How was I to know this? Maybe when I checked in, they should have warned me that there was no maid service? It seems like a cheap thing to do for such a beautiful hotel. "
