"The cabin is situated in the grounds of the manor house that once belonged to the author Laurence Durell. The hostess is amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Walk out of the secure grounds and you are in the old town of Sommieres, with its numerous restaurants and bars . This place could not score higher if you want a base to explore the area."

"We stayed only 2 nights in this very clean, with love decorated house. Really friendly owner, complete house, very comfortable. The guests from another appartment at the property share the entrance, you are therefore outside not totally privat, but inside the house you are . We would highly recommend this beautiful place!"

"What a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. Easily accessible from main routes but nonetheless utterly tranquil. Dark skies at night, wonderful fresh bright mornings and lazy afternoons by the pool. Nick and Jenny are delightful hosts and we won’t hesitate to return. "

"We had an amazing time at Nick and Jenny's wonderful cottage. The property was beautiful and set in the most peaceful countryside. So much wildlife and nature to enjoy and the lovely town of Sauve a short walk away as well as lots of walking trails. "We (2 adults, 1 child) stayed at the Gite d’Emma for a very hot week in August. The gite is very modern and very well equipped with everything you could need. "Le gîte est suffisamment grand pour une famille de quatre personnes. Belle piscine très bien entretenue et très agréable. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine et de la table de ping-pong. Le village de Sauve est à deux kilomètres seulement, accessible à pied ou à vélo par un chemin. Pas mal d’activités sportives (canyoning, canoë, spéléo, randonnée...) et de visites possibles dans les environs, mais on peut aussi faire le choix de profiter du calme et de la piscine pour se reposer....

"We chose the location because the transport links and walkable distance to places we needed to visit. However, our room window was toward a noisy street and it was pretty loud all night. It’s very clean and cosy, but the lighting in the rooms is really only suitable if you want to just sleep there, if you need to work a bit there is no adequate lighting and only one power socket by the desk. It’s a perfect hotel for holiday stay, but not perfect so for work trips. "
