Het huis is koel, eventueel kan de airco ook aan. Dat was niet altijd nodig ofschoon we er midden in de hete weken waren. De badkamer is zeer comfortabel, een heerlijke doche! "The cabin is situated in the grounds of the manor house that once belonged to the author Laurence Durell. The hostess is amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Walk out of the secure grounds and you are in the old town of Sommieres, with its numerous restaurants and bars . This place could not score higher if you want a base to explore the area."

"Hier passt alles. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Ruhige Lage, schöner großer Pool. André ist ein wirklich sehr netter Gastgeber. Im Ort Aumessas gibt es einiges zu sehen und gute Pizza (zum Abholen). Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Cevennen. Zum Einkaufen muss man auch nicht weit fahren. "We (2 adults, 1 child) stayed at the Gite d’Emma for a very hot week in August. The gite is very modern and very well equipped with everything you could need. "We had a fantastic stay here - the quality of the apartment is very high and the air conditioning was much appreciated. Danielle was a lovely hostess and we managed to communicate well despite our limited French. The location is a beautiful and tranquil one outside the village and close to the lagoons.
