The service was impeccable, the staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Overall, my experience at the Le Couvent des Minimes was exceptional. "

"We had the added bonus of catching a car show during our stay at the hotel, which was a nice perk. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making our experience even better. The restaurant's food and wines were outstanding. Our room was spacious and very clean. The only downside was some noise from guests outside the hotel at night, which woke me up and made it hard to fall back asleep. Overall, though, I had a wonderful time."
