"I was not there long enough to say much. Close to the airport is a nice benefit. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not a great location for anything except a layover. A couple of restaurants, not great looking, but good food. My room had a great bathtub. "

"Our family of 4 (with boys ages 13 and 11) stayed for just one night (as I imagine most people will) because we had an early morning departure from the airport. This hotel did not disappoint even for a brief stay! The room was clean and spacious. We ate dinner at the hotel and thought the food was delicious. Even though the water was a little cool, our boys enjoyed the pool - and what we all thought was really fun and interesting was watching the planes take off and land from the airport a very short distance away. Despite being close to the airport, the neighborhood around the hotel seemed safe and walkable, although there didn't seem to be too many services nearby (just a few shops and restaurants). The hotel arranged an inexpensive shuttle to the airport for us early in the morning. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again."

"The sleeping pod was efficient and served its purpose. I wasn’t expecting a television, snacks and water, but they were a very nice touch. If you’re traveling out of Hanoi and you have an early flight, this is a great option. "

"Hotel was convenient and close to the airport for our long layover in Hanoi. Room was large and clean. The real highlights were the pho we had for breakfast, and the kindness of the workers! We used their service to go to and from the airport which was very reasonably priced. When we arrived at the airport to leave, we realized one of our children had left their camera with all the photos from our big family vacation in the hotel room. They were so quick to respond and ran it to the airport for us for free! We were so thankful for their kindness and quick driving getting our kids precious photos back when it was definitely our mistake. We highly recommend Haap Transit hotel for your future stays in Hanoi!"
