"Really nice hotel, very beautiful. The hotel is quite a way from nha Trang so can’t really walk anywhere but there is a free bus from the hotel (at 11am and 3pm), although we did find these times a little inconvenient so tended to get a grab or you can get the number 23 VinBus (download their app) from Ana marina down the road. The food at the hotel was good, however eating dinner there was expensive so we often ordered grab or went in to nha Trang. Overall, a very nice place to relax and chill. "

"I felt genuinely sad checking out—like I was leaving a little piece of heaven. Even after returning to my home country, I found myself searching for other places to stay, but honestly, nothing compares to Gran Melia. It remains my top choice. While it takes around 20 minutes to get into the city, it didn’t bother me at all. There was no traffic, and the ride back and forth was pleasant. If I ever come back to Nha Trang, I’m definitely staying here again. The Place: One of the biggest reasons I chose Gran Melia was its stunning beauty. The design is simple, modern, and elegantly luxurious—every corner felt thoughtfully crafted and visually soothing. There’s a serene swimming pool in front of the main building, and the beach is just a short walk away. You can kayak, paddleboard, and enjoy a variety of other activities they offer by the sea. The small onsen near my villa was a delightful surprise. It was so relaxing to enjoy the warm water in the evening. Getting around the resort is easy—on foot, by buggy, or by bike (which you can rent from the hotel). I personally loved riding the bike around the property. The Villa: I stayed in a villa, and it was incredibly spacious. With a dining area, living room, garden, private pool, bedroom, small walk-in closet, and a large bathroom, it honestly felt like a private paradise. "Staff were lovely, food and drinks were lovely. There is no beach access at the actual property. You need to catch the bus to get to the beach front facilities, away from the property. Nice resort"

"The staff is kind and attentive. The rooftop pool is beautiful as was the ocean view from our room. The breakfast has a huge variety. Something for everyone. The bed was very comfortable. We had a soaking tub and plenty of hot water They actually supply hand towels and wash cloths in addition to bath towels, something we haven’t had everywhere since being in Vietnam. Their airport transportation service was excellent and cheaper than GRAB for the large size car which we wanted. The hotel sits on a cove and the beach is literally across the street. "

"Whoever manages this property is horrible! We spent 3-4 hours trying to get a hold of the host. We couldn’t find the place because it’s all new developments. This place is located on top of a coffee shop. The employees at the coffee shop had no idea what was going on. There were 3 separate people telling us to go to different locations. No one showed up to meet with us to show the property. It was such a disaster!!!! Avoid this place at all cost! The host messaged me back after 2 hours trying to get a hold of her and said that we checked in already but in reality, we didn’t even get the keys! No one checked our confirmation or booking information. It was a waste of time!!!! Stick with an actual hotel that has a conceirge. "

"It was a pleasant stay overall. However the service was not good enough to call it a five star hotel. Despite the fact that majority of guests are tourists, there is no tour desk, and the front desk says that they do not know anything else other than the service in the hotel. If you can't plan your own tour, I don't think this hotel is right. The Spa service in the hotel was fantastic and Thao, the manager worked really passionately and did her best for the guests. I am willing to stay in the hotel if I go visit Nha Trang again in the future."
