It is not what you might expect and I would recommend that 4 nights is a perfect length of trip. My only real criticism is the wine list, a lot of very cheap wines at ridiculous prices. It seems to be a trend in Vietnamese hotels. Only one restaurant we went to in Vietnam had decent wine so, worth remembering. "

"I booked the room about four months in advance. At the time it was me and one son. The trip came and I took 2 sons. Luckily they put another bed in my room and only charged me a little extra per night. "

"Photo of pool area looks nothing like the actual area. It is so misleading it should be changed or taken down. In the four days of stay the pool area was closed twice due to weddings. This hotel closes public areas for private parties including pool area. Expect large buss tour groups at morning breakfast. Staff was friendly and tried to please."

They were not very friendly on the fourth floor. They were not very helpful and seems like they were put out by people from the hotel using their facilities. This is also where the pool was, and the staff there were very unfriendly and very unhelpful"
