"I first stayed at Phu Quy 2 three years ago. It was nothing flash then, and has slipped further since. A great location, being one building back from the beach road, but everything else is lacking. "Arrived late (12.30pm) after slow train from Danang. 9 steps no staff for our 3 suitcases. Reception empty. Uninterested night porter turned up gave us a key. Had to ask about breakfast. Room was one of only 2 with a balcony Overlooking the sea over a 3 lane highway. All drivers honk pointlessly every 5 secs so incredibly noisy. "I found the Dendro Gold a great location as it's 2mins walking to a couple of brilliant local bar/restaurants. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Nobody seems to use the hotel pool and gym much, or the restaurant for dinner though. But with great local options it's fine. Would happily stay here again! "

"We only stayed one night but the bed was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel all the bed springs and we didn't sleep well at all. The room was a bit stuffy and the shower moldy, and the whole place was very noisy, all the doors slammed starting early morning... we ended up switching hotels. Do not recommend."

Breakfast had a good selection. Room was very clean. Can sign out towels for the beach which was only a block away. Nha Trang is a busy tourist spot and we were grateful to be able to rest at the hotel. Great deal for this price."
