They were over 40 minutes late both days with breakfast which was included with our stay. There was also a problem with being overcharged by the hotel but it was resolved quickly."

Despite its higher price point for the area, the hotel fails to provide comfort. The furniture is both low-cost and uncomfortable, more akin to what you'd find in dormitory settings. Given its expansive size, the property faces challenges in maintaining cleanliness. The staff, predominantly young, seem disengaged and less inclined towards hospitality, often appearing more as security personnel than hotel staff."
