"Considering it is a place out in the country, with no stores or cafes nearby. I believe there should be some coffee/tea and especially water in the rooms. It was a very warm few days (over 90 degrees F/30 degrees C) and there was no water provided, and there were no glasses in the bathroom. The internet does not work well and I had to teach an online class which could not happen. Do not expect to connect to the internet. "

"We stayed here for a few days around a rugby world cup match, and it was a really lovely start to our trip. The chateau is beautiful and so peaceful - perfect for when you want to retreat from the chaos! The bedrooms are spacious and so well made up, and we were provided with evaporative cooling fans in the room to help with the heatwave. As it's more remote, you will need to travel a little for lunch and dinner, but it's absolutely worth it for such a unique stay."

We discovered on arrival most facilities were closed because of change of ownership. So if you plan to stay soon, be warned…currently not what it says on the tin! "The outside of the hotel is not pleasant,but once you enter it is amazing. The living wall is great and sych a good idea, the eco items on the room are a great feature and well thought out. Our room faced the fromt but we heard nothing from the trams or nearby bars. The kitchenettes on each floor are a great idea and very handy and useful. The only issue we had on two mornings was the lack of staff in cleaning tables, hot drinks and replenishing items. Poor lady was rushed off her fault doing everything. "
