"Château le Bouïs is a truly spectacular gem of a winery and property outside of Narbonne in the Occitania region of southern France. Nestled into the foothills overlooking the valley and sea the service, restaurant and experience was amazing! Wine tasting every day from 5:30-7:30 to take in the delicious vintages they produce. "Nice clean place for a short stay"

"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"Lovely hotel. We went in December so didn't have a chance to experience the lovely looking pool, but the hotel is in wonderful countryside and is great for walking and cycling. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend"
