Simple 2 stars hotels. Friendly staff. The rum wasn’t clean and the breakfast wasn’t fresh, well I couldn’t even drink my coffee. AC was good and the parking too.

It was very difficult and confusing to figure out how to get into the building. Although I had already paid through Expedia, I had to pay again. And there is a computer monitor that asks your name and reseveration number. The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number. At the end of a long day, you don't want to waste 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get in.

A notre arrivée, accueil fermé alors que nous étions dans les horaires annonçant la présence d’une personne. Lorsque le numéros de la réservation sur le logiciel a l’entrée, cela ne nous retrouvait pas et nous disait qu’aucune réservation n’existait. Puis, 1 personne est arrivée. Nous avions réservé une chambre PMR, soit Personne à Mobilité Réduite. Il s’avère que la chambre était au 2eme étage SANS ascenseur. Chercher l’erreur. Dans ces conditions, nous avons annulé les réservations des 2 chambres. J’espère qu’aucun frais nous serons comptés. Il est dommage que tout cela ne soit pas spécifié sur le site.

Les bornes de nuit c’est bien… Quand ça fonctionne
Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel à 22h30, la borne d’accueil était HS. J’ai sonné à l’interphone, on m’a dit que quelqu’un allait arriver. Au bout de 15 minutes, pas de nouvelles, j’ai résonné. On m’a dit qu’une personne était venue mais ne m’avait pas vue. Cette personne était l’agent de sécurité qui est effectivement passé à côté de moi sans rien me dire. Quand il est revenu il m’a fait la remarque que j’aurais dû l’interpeller quand il est passé (bien évidemment je suis censée savoir que l’avoir de secu sert aussi de technicien de nuit). Il a donc téléphoné à une personne qui a débloqué la borne. Nous avons pu rentrer dans l’hôtel à 23h.

Cet hôtel n’est vraiment pas très propre. La deco c’est le minimum, la clim vieille est vieille et bruyante. De plus c’est assez mal isolé et proche de l’autoroute. Par contre, tout le personnel a été souriant, accueillant et aimable.
