"On arrival we were surprised to hear that the villa we had spent a lot of time choosing was not available due to an unexpected issue with the property. However, Fabio had organised alternative accommodation at a villa very close by which was comfortable, clean and spacious with a bottle of wine and Sardinian cakes to greet us. The BBQ area was not as good as the original villa and there was no outside shower which we were looking forward to. The villa was also on a main road from the beach...

"Overall we had a great stay at Roberta's villetta. Her daughter was there on arrival and was very helpful throughout our week. The house was as described though perhaps they should point out the rooms are not all on different levels, so lots of steps. The garden and patio are lovely places to spend time relaxing, there's even a slight sea view through the trees. The pool and surrounding garden are great and there were rarely more than us using it. The town of Villasimius and the amazing beaches...

"Mikel was amazing! Great personality and gave us some food recommendations! He even upgraded our WiFi! The villa was well cared for and had everything we needed! We enjoyed Amazing mornings and late evenings sitting on the front porch. The proximity to downtown and supermarkets were all within walking distance! Would definitely stay here again! "Lovely hotel. Grounds are well kept. Breakfast is amazing. Pool and pool area is always clean. Beach hotel is lovely. Not a lot to do for the kids, but I think that’s general for Sardinia. Overall, lovely staff, clean, organised, good food. Location is great as long as you have a car. Close to beaches and close to town square. Honestly can’t fault this hotel. Will go again."
