"La struttura è bella e si presenta bene. Grande casa, grande giardino. Il padrone di casa molto gentile. nel pratico, casa trovata molto sporca e in abbandono, i bagni si allagano, la cucina ha i lavelli che si intasano e le formiche sono ovunque. abbiamo passato i primi 2 giorni a pulire, nonostante avessimo pagato per avere la casa a posto. Peccato, con qualche manutenzione e una bella pulita, sarebbe bellissima."

"This charming villa offers a spectacular view from the terrace. It is only a 5 minutes walk to the most wonderful beach in the area. The rooms a decorated nicely and the bathrooms are renovated. We have used VRBO many times, so we expected some basics like more than a half roll of toilet paper, half of roll of paper towels, and no sugar or pepper. "We enjoyed very much our stay in Mara‘s house! It is beautifully decorated, well equipped and has a very calm surrounding. The garden offers privacy and invites for a sunbath in case you don’t want to go to the beach. Mara is a very kind host, always supportive and responsive. We are looking forward to coming back next year. "

"Lovely hotel. Grounds are well kept. Breakfast is amazing. Pool and pool area is always clean. Beach hotel is lovely. Not a lot to do for the kids, but I think that’s general for Sardinia. Overall, lovely staff, clean, organised, good food. Location is great as long as you have a car. Close to beaches and close to town square. Honestly can’t fault this hotel. Will go again."
