"This is a large house in a secluded area, 8 minutes drive from the beach and 20 mins into Cagliari city. There is ample room inside, in the conservatory and around the pool for 10 people. BBQ facilities. You need a car to go anywhere otherwise very self contained. Excellent host, who lives next to property."

"We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and made good use of the many outside seating options. The neighbourhood is pleasant and quiet and there are many attractions within a 30 min drive and a range of food shops within a 10 mins drive. The local sandy beach is good but more like a 15 min walk than the 5 claimed. The property kitchen is looking a little tired and we couldn't find the advertised panoramic sea view! The addition of a very substantial cleaning and service fee (not shown on VRBO)...

"Everything about our stay was a dream come true. The villa is private with amazing views. The pool was perfect, a bit cold but we were there in Sept. all recommendations (restaurants, boat tours, grocery store) Cinzia suggested were wonderful. "The property and location were just perfect! We absolutely loved our stay; thank you Emmanuel. Our only suggestion would be to please provide a welcome booklet for visitors, which includes information on closest shops, restaurants, places to visit: tourist leaflets etc. Also local emergency information e.g. vets, closest hospital etc just in case. Otherwise the property had everything we needed. We definitely would love to come back!"

"Wir hatten wundervolle 2 Wochen in Carlas Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vor allem die Aussenküche und Aussendusche waren toll bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in/Check-out haben sehr gut funktioniert. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es einige tolle Strände die per Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind. Gerne jederzeit wieder."

"A well equipped beautifully situated villa high on a Sardinian hillside. The pictures represent it exactly. Sunny all day but with a nice cooling breeze to keep things comfortable. Quite a few steps to get in and out but good exercise for the leg muscles. Karin and Angela were very helpful in getting us into the villa very late at night as our ferry was cancelled and sorting out a minor electrical issue.
