"We travelled in November and appreciated electric heating to maintain comfort in the evening / night. Apartment was recently renovated and very clean upon arrival. The bedding and mattress were comfortable: not too hard, not too soft. Note that elevators in the old town are rare: there are 88 steps up to the apartment though staircase is wide, solid stone and easy to use. Once you make the initial climb with suitcases it's no problem (we're in our early 60s). Property owner and her local host...

"Very nice cozy place close to restaurants, beach, Flea market. It has everything you need to stay, sleep, and if you prefer to cook a meal. The furniture a little bit outdated and very basic (mostly the Ikea items). Be aware of narrow steep stairs to this second floor appartement. Overall, we had a very nice stay in this place and would stay again."

"This is a very well equipped and comfortable apartment close to all you need to see in Nice. We walked from the train station to the apartment with our luggage which was pretty easy. We had a drink in the Busby hotel across the street while we waited for our checkin with Dorine which was also easy, and informative. It's a 4 or 5 min walk to the esplanade and is surrounded by shops, restaurants and grocery stores. I would definately recommend it for a comfortable stay for 4 people."

There is a small supermarket nearby and a bigger Casino supermarket less than 10mins walk away. We went every morning to the boulangerie only 5 mins walk away. "We came for our family retreat in isola and stayed in this property one night. Overall great for our needs , our kids stayed in the 2 single beds and the adults stayed in the bedroom + 2 bed/couches. The location is ideal being very close from all the restaurants and shops.
