Located at 2.5 kms. from Villarrica, in a private condominium within the exclusive Altamira sector, close to the waterfront, Pucara Beach, supermarkets and restaurants.

In the garden there is a pond with Koi fish of different colors so that the children can see them at night with flashlights.

The general heating is with pellets and all windows are covered in PVC/wood with thermopanel insulation.

In addition, it has a BBQ area with a separate outdoor kitchen along with a large parking lot at the main entrance with 2 covered stalls. Only small pets are allowed.
