The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no lift - at the time of use the stairwell was damaged between floors 1&2. The apartment is quite small and quite cramped and only just big enough for 2 people. The balcony is nice. There were a few issues that have been reported in previous reviews and assured were repaired but were not....
