"Reception doesn't work if you don't call before. I booked in the morning and arrive at 3:00 pm, but must wait for owner for 3 hours. The number od phone registered at hotels.com is from secretary inside the apartment and is not always available because there is not always anyone. At first day told me I booked with breakfast, last day told me it wasn't booked with breakfast and thats gift for us."

"A central location near many of the city’s best attractions. I was here because my wife was in hospital after an accident and dates were fluid. Barbara was very understanding and helpful about possible date changes. I would definitely stay here again. The room is very secure but be aware that it’s up two flights of stairs. "

"Wonderful stay for celebrating New Year and visiting the area. Rooms were large and well appointed, bathrooms modern with all amenities, very clean. Breakfast included had a large variety of pastries, fruit, cheese, salami,milk, yogurt, juices and coffee. The manager was pleasant and very helpful, making coffee for everyone in the mornings. Will be back when in the area and recommend the place to friends-day trips to Verona, Vicenza, Padova, and last, but not least, amazing Venice. "

"The room was very clean and well equipped. The building was with a locked gate so it we felt safe. We came from Treviso airport and airport bus stopped close to the property. There was also a Coop next to the stop so we were able to grab some snacks. It was easy to go to Venice island. The bus and tram stop was around the corner and they ran frequently. The only minus was that the rooms were not very soundproof and we could hear other guests. "

"Nice place to stay in Venice. Convenient location. But not soundproof. You may need earplugs when you really want to sleep quietly. The stuff is nice and even open early breakfast for us. Highly recommended. "

"The hotel is massively disappointing! The location is good, however the street outside is incredibly noisy with people crossing the bridge. We were woken up multiple times in the night due to noise. The room itself is incredibly dated, there is alot of black mould in the bathroom, up the wall and around the bath. The grouting needs replacing, an easy cheap diy job that’s unfortunately been ignored and gives the bathroom a grubby feel. The bed is almost unfit for purpose, it’s so squeaky even...
