"when we arrived at the door everything was closed and no one to welcome you. we never receive a notice that we need a code to have access to the hotel. we had to call 2 times to understand how to enter to the hotel. the room was very small and mot well organize. it is almost impossible to use the shower without spill water everywhere in the bathroom. plugs are not well dispatched. the kettle needs to be used on the floor. the principal door. the room is to expensive for the amenity"

"Turned up to check in, after already telling them my check in time. The hotel was closed and wouldn't let us in. Leaving 2 women on there own with no where to stay. Have refused to give us a refund and were aggressive and rude the next day. I have heard lots of bad reports from locals about them now too."

Badrummet var också superfint med Rituals produkter! Återkommer gärna hit. Pool på 3:e vån med magisk utsikt över stranden etc. Ca 200 m t livsmedelsbutik Spar. Cs 800 m t Tram station. Gångavstånd till allt i mysiga Villajoyosa. "
