"The staff were welcoming and friendly. For a budget hotel the room is clean and tidy. My room was a bit noisy with a fan sound nearby. There was loud slamming of doors on the corridor at various times.. The room was overlooked by offices and was in a dip so I kept the window blind down for privacy most of the time."

"This place can hardly be called a hotel, it’s more of a hostel with individual rooms but shared bathrooms. The room was quite dirty with dust and hair on the floor. The condition of the bathrooms was similar (see photos). "

"Wanted to visit santa barbra castell, and a few other places, Mushroom street, 5 guys, posteget Beach. Room was on Location, stayed for 4 days, trouble free. Very Well kept place, I was polite and respectful of others, as everyone was to me. Great for solo travelers."

"Traveling several hours, arrived at 18.30 was told couldn’t order a drink until restaurant opened at 20.30 remote location so bars/cafes limited to find, staff abrupt, we don’t expect the staff to speak English but body language said it all, was told no tables available to eat outside in large eating area, we were first to restaurant no tables occupied at the time, we were very hungry, would not recommend if your not Spanish, really dissatisfied !!!!!!!!"

"Absolutely fantastic, the owners are lovely, great location and is a very clean and modern apartment. Would recommend without hesitation, and I'll be back myself!!"

"I did not appreciate being woken up every time somebody opened a door, washed their hands or went to the toilet."

"Turned up to check in, after already telling them my check in time. The hotel was closed and wouldn't let us in. Leaving 2 women on there own with no where to stay. Have refused to give us a refund and were aggressive and rude the next day. I have heard lots of bad reports from locals about them now too."

"Staff are all amazing, we found them all very welcoming. The location was great, the apartment were spacious and had everything you needed in them. The beds were comfortable. overall a really nice place to stay and would definitely stay again."

Returning for 90 Days

"Very clean comfortable Breakfast is basic Not the quality food one may expect it was readable lots of choices For the rooom rate of only £33 it is well worth the money Pool is clean if a tittle cold in November. Sauna is good. A thermomiter and a timer really should be working No alarm system if solo use and you need help "

A great stay

"The location of the Hotel is excellent with great transport links to the airport. It is within easy walking distance to the sea, and has a wide variety of shops nearby. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of storage space. The breakfast was very good and I particularly liked the fact that you could get your breakfast from 0730 hours. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English - it was much better than my limited Spanish. When I come back to Alicante, I will again book this hotel. "
