"when we arrived at the door everything was closed and no one to welcome you. we never receive a notice that we need a code to have access to the hotel. we had to call 2 times to understand how to enter to the hotel. the room was very small and mot well organize. it is almost impossible to use the shower without spill water everywhere in the bathroom. plugs are not well dispatched. the kettle needs to be used on the floor. the principal door. the room is to expensive for the amenity"

"Turned up to check in, after already telling them my check in time. The hotel was closed and wouldn't let us in. Leaving 2 women on there own with no where to stay. Have refused to give us a refund and were aggressive and rude the next day. I have heard lots of bad reports from locals about them now too."

"Everywhere is very clean, apartment bit dated but has everything you would expect for the money, the balcony is massive and on the 14th floor you have a bit of seaview, only real complaint is how uncomfy the bed was tried the pull out as well all very well used so springs in your back apart from that would stay again of they promise to give me a better mattress "
