"Jeff & Randy are wonderful hosts - friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was satisfying and freshly prepared each morning. Bob the cat was a funny diversion too. The Bougainvillea (sp?) Room was well sized and the bathroom though a tad small was fine. The bed was too soft and as a couple, we felt every move of the other person but thats not unusual for B&Bs. Overall good experience and would return. "

"This cottage is the perfect location in Delray. Cozy and clean. The cottage was well equipped. Mindi was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. This is a great option for a couple. We stayed here with our dog for a week and we’re not disappointed."

"The room was as advertised unit actually smaller than I had imagined. The room was clean and had the appropriate amenities except that the closet was not usable as there was a table that was placed in the closet such that clothes could not be hung. I suggest rearranging the closet and remove the table so that the closet is usable."

"Nice -everything was great but shower pressure was a bit weak. It rained all week so the flight of stairs got a bit tough for me…"

"Not a nice place. Not even enough toilet tissue. Very poor directions and poorly and mis marked so hard to find. Weird little neighborhood. Tiny and not comfortable."

"All good except only 2 bath towels that had the weight of a dish towel and no bath soap is provided. I usually don't travel with bars of soap. Neighborhood looks sketchy but it was ok"

"When we arrived we had troubles with keypad. Could not park in driveway. They required street parking. We stayed 5 nights and only provided with 1 bath towel each.. also found a cockroach on our last night. There was only 1 small extra blanket.. we were told to be out by exactly 10am and the cleaning lady was right behind us yet we were asked to take garbage cans out to the road for them. Ive stayed at many vacation rentals and this was the least accommodating of all.."

"Spacious updated guesthouse, nicely furnished and comfortable beds. Also has a nice private patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. It was close enough to the tennis center we decided to walk and enjoy the neighborhoods and downtown community. Would definitely stay here again.."

"What a fun property! April and Tony are generous, warm and hospitable. The property is private, clean, well stocked and comfortable. It has a fun, funky, beachy vibe. The pool is fantastic and they love dogs! Highly recommend this property with our thanks for a great stay!"
