"A wonderful villa with a magnificent view. Great garden. Plenty of space to spend time in the house. The villa is very cozy and comfortable. Everything you need is available. Located close to the lake and many attractions. Nearby there are good restaurants and one of the best cocktail bars in Italy. The house is in a very quiet location. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come again. We had a marvelous time!! Thanks a lot!"

"This historic villa will sweep you away. Such stunning grounds and views. Very clean. Property manager is very helpful and attentive. Location cannot be beat. "My husband and I had six nights in this beautiful villa in Baveno. It is high in the town with a 10 minute walk down to the ferries/train/bus, as the listing indicates. So it is perfect to explore the islands of Lake Maggiore, as well as the other towns along the shores. Being that high, the villa has an amazing view of the lake and islands. "We sincerely loved our stay at this property in Baveno! The guest house on their property is spacious and very well equipped. They even welcome you to enjoy their large garden. Angie and Alberto were such wonderful hosts greeting us at check-in with wine and pasta and even allowing us to stay an extra night when one member of our party fell ill. They even offered to order us dinner and take us to the train station! You could not feel more welcome then here!"
