"We relocated to this apartment after a truly miserable experience in an unheated house in the country. Paula, the housekeeper, interruped her Sunday to enable us to move in as quickly as possible, and she and her husband were helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is located in a very pleasant residential neighborhood, 20-25 minutes walk to the center of town. It is extremely comfortable. There is a huge outdoor patio with a view of the ocean. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"We got the cheap studio with the sofa beds that dont have such great reviews. However, we turned them around and put them together to make a big bed. They were quite comfortable and the sheets and pillows were good quality. Very satisfied. The only issue was that there was no dish soap in the kitchen. "We were so sad to leave our 'home' after 7 weeks. The house had everything we could need and many homely touches to welcome us, such as LPs and a player and a Christmas hamper! Our daily delight was to lunch on the upper balcony in the sun with the neighbourhood domestic pigeon flocks circling for their exercise. "We (a couple) stayed here in February/March. Cesar (and family) met us on arrival at the property and were available (by phone) throughout the holiday. They were very helpful both before and during our stay. The apartment is in a great position overlooking the sea and catching the afternoon and evening sun even at this time of year. "The condo is very nice, but needs to be better appointed. The towels were bad, there was no beach chairs, towels or umbrella, and considering there is no air conditioning, there should at least be ceiling fans. Having said all that, Reyes did his best and went out of his way to get us a kettle to boil water with. I'm sure he'll take out advice and make this a five star rental soon."
