"The property is in a nice, quiet, residential position and the pool is clean and cared for. Walking distance to the town and beach made it easy for us. The garden is small but pretty and fairly private given the house position. Having someone to meet us would have been a nice touch, or even someone checking in during the stay or when leaving. We had no contact with anyone. However, we managed with the lock safe. I'm sure most people wouldn't worry. The property itself has air-conditioning...

"We come to Portugal every year, staying in new places all the time, 12 people or more. This property was very close to an incredible beach, when i say close i mean less than 5 min walk with young ones at heel. They came and changed the sheets and kept things clean, the icky thing i missed that we usually see is someone cleaning the pool, but the tools where handily they're and the kids loved to do it. We will most likely come back! Definitely recommended"

"Overall I was satisfied with the house , place was well furnished , location was great and plenty of restaurants nearby ( I’d say Dunas was my favourite). My only gripe was the extra slim beds ( all four the same)…I’m 5’ 11” ( 180 lbs) and couldn’t feel comfortable sleeping in those beds. It’s time to get at least a queen size bed to attain a perfect score."

"Great property with nice south facing outside areas. The urbanisation is a little remote from Castro Marim and a car is necessary. Easy access to great beaches and the motorway. The area is less well known than some of the Algarve but full of history."

"It was a comfortable and clean house with a well-equipped kitchen. We had stayed in Manta Rota in previous years and this was the best accommodation we booked in terms of amenities/comfort/space. The only disadvantage is it is a little far from the beach - about a 15-20 minute walk."

"This is a lovely property that is very close to the beach and a 5 min cycle ride to Monte Gordo. There is also a nearby shop attached to a cafe that is perfect for essentials. The beach itself (5 mins walk away) is stunning and seems to go on forever. As is clear from the pictures, decoratively the house is a tad dated inside. For those who don't mind this, however, it offers a perfect Algarve beach house. Although the house has 5 bedrooms, the small living area would make it a bit of a squeeze...

Food was good with plenty of choice although the buffet style could mean it was, on occasion, not hot enough. Good choice of pools and bars."

Lamps in bedrooms crackled, fire hazard... the list goes on.. there is no entertaining space other than kitchen for 8 ppl thats crazy.."
