Service: most of the people doing great and very kind. Some people still to improve service quality mainly in towels beach area and people organization. The beach man with very good disposition to help and very proactive. We missed a book in the lobby and never appeared . "

"Great location. Comfortable. Needs a bit more character. Maybe some inexpensive wall art and plants. The ones there are in pretty bad shape. Mary and Viviana, our hostesses are very kind, sweet, caring. Guided us and provided useful tips . Mary did recommend we go to a local eatery: Beer Garden where we were totally ignored to the point we walked out. Not her fault though.
