"The building is new. It was very clean and offered most of what we needed. There are areas which are not open yet such as the main pool and kids playground. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. We would diffinitely stay again. I would suggest to have a couple bottles of water and coffee available for future guest. Also they did not offer beach towels. Hot water would be nice to have. The shower water is very cold. Thank you for the great hospitality!"

"I had just some minor communication issues with vrbo and the host prior to arriving , but he was very friendly and helpful once we sorted things out. The location is a bit removed from the more crowded tourist areas like Rodadero but I liked it for its tranquility. It’s right next to Bello Horizonte Beach, which is likewise less packed and offers a very pleasant experience by the ocean. I found the accommodations comfortable and reasonably priced as well. I definitely recommend the property!"

"Our stay was perfect from an easy, friendly, informative check-in to a no-fuss check out. The apartment was new, very clean, spacious with 2 full size bathrooms. It had all needed appliances, including a washer/dryer. The views from the balconies were amazing. The access to the pull, bar and restaurant on Marriott Hotel’s property was a great addition to our stay. It’s also conveniently located to the historic center and just a block from the marina and the beach. Highly recommend it. "
