Amazing hotel with fascinating views of Santa Marta, I got the room with my own Jacuzzi and it was very worth it! Morning breakfast also offered a lot of variety, 10/10 would recommend!

Staff were fantastic for check-in. Our room had a private hot tub on the balcony, gorgeous view, and the room itself was beautiful and immaculately clean. Staff were incredible when we wanted to extend another night, as we enjoyed it so much!

Pros: Beautiful facility very close to the beach and shops. Extremely safe everywhere we went with our family of 5. Staff is very attentive and courteous. Cons: Very noisy by the pool from 8am to 5pm due to neighbouring construction site. Gets dusty as well. ( Didn’t bother us really as we were to caught up with the weather and scenery)

When first check in they had me waiting more then 1hr for my room to be ready, and the room I found dust in the floor. Wasn’t clean enough. With days past by, the towels they didn’t change or bathroom paper wasn’t event change.

Check in wasn’t nearly what I expected, have to wait more the. 1 hrs for check in, and the vip room wasn’t what I got in the beginning. Second check in was the one i pay for. And then the towels and paper of the bathrooms not change. Ask to much for so little they do.

No room service, pool was so filthy it took me 15 minutes just to wash the grime off, I marked the door of the room to be cleaned only to catch a cleaner taking a photo saying do not disturb so she didn't have to clean at the end of her shift. Rooms have a stove that is only for looks doesn't even turn on. Rooms have no drinks or snacks fridge was empty. The hotel often smells of sewage.
