"The property is off the beaten track, nestled into the hills giving an amazing view of Faro in the distance.You are very close to nature (if you are a very light sleeper you may want ear plugs as the geese get up early!), and can enjoy the tranquil settings of the property.We are a family and there was more than enough space for everyone to enjoy time together, as well as on their own relaxing.Very clean and tidy, with all the amenities you could need, with an amazingly attentive host!"

"I was impressed with the property initially, it was well equipped but lacked a milk jug and teapot. Also the internet was often unavailable.One of the biggest problem were the beds, far too low and the pillows were poorly filled and therefore uncomfortable.I had to go out and buy two new ones. The showers were extremely difficult to control and one was in great danger of being scalded. The shower cubicle downstairs was too small to turn around in as a result your body would inadvertently either...

The outside areas and garden were one of the largest areas we have had when hiring a villa. Plenty of seating areas and options when spending time outside. "Excellent old town centre location which is great for easy access to restaurants, bars, ferry and supermarkets. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting/dining area.We really appreciated the wood burner which quickly heated up the house."

The house is dark as it is surrounded by buildings. You need to be comfortable opening the shutters on the ground d level. "
