"This place was great. Very clean, nice grounds, beautiful pool, wonderful staff, good breakfast and central location to most of the Algarve. It is also located in a more rural area of Lisbon that is less touristy and more "genuine" in my opinion. A good authentic Portugese restaurant is right down the street and within walking distance (O Belo Sol) with good prices and good food. Staying here exceeded our expectations and was a great experience!"

"This property was absolutely lovely. We booked late on our night of arrival, past 11pm, and the owner, Gino, was waiting for us when we got there. Our room was cozy, and comfortable, but the star of the show were the three private balconies outside. Overlooking the sea, with a great view, glorious sunshine and comfortable sofas, it was the perfect way to end an evening, and start the day. "We stayed three nights at Roaz de Bandeira House. It was very close to the train station and only a 15 minute walk to the waterfront and ferry to the nearby islands with beaches. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us a wonderful orientation to the area. Breakfast each day was delicious and very generous."
