"After finding out that the hotel is not 3 miles (as announced) but 45 minutes away from Redondela we arrived at 5:00 PM and we whatsapp the number on the window. The woman was rude saying that she called us which is not true, I have an international number and there were no instructions in the hotel-com web page. She said that she shouldn't be waiting for us. "The villa more than lived up to expectations. Our family group of up to 10 people at one stage had plenty of space to relax, while the pool was a real hit with the children, as indeed was the table tennis table when the adults let them near it. The nearby beaches were superb and having a fun pizzeria within 5 minutes stroll was an added bonus. "
